Privacy
This page says exactly what this site stores about you, why, and how to make it go away. It is short because the site keeps very little.
What is stored, and why
If you create an account, the site stores your email address and a salted one-way hash of your password. The password itself is never stored and cannot be recovered from the hash. If you set up scorigami alerts, the site stores the address each alert goes to. Everything here is stored for one reason only: you asked for the thing it powers. In legal terms, processing rests on performing the service you signed up for, and on consent for the alert emails you configure.
Short-lived operational records also exist: signup confirmations and password reset tokens (deleted within hours), rate-limit counters (deleted within a day), and feedback you send through the support form (kept up to 180 days, then deleted).
How it is stored, and for how long
Account records are keyed by a one-way code derived from your email address rather than the address itself, and stored addresses are encrypted at rest. Your account and its alerts are kept until you delete them, then removed. Nothing about your account is sold, shared, or used for anything beyond running it, and there is no advertising on this site, so there is nothing for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt you out of; browsers sending one already have what they are asking for.
Who touches the data
Three companies process data to make the site work, each only for its own job: Cloudflare hosts the site and its storage and provides the privacy-first analytics described below, Stripe handles supporter payments on its own pages (card details never reach this site), and Resend delivers the emails you asked for. If you choose Google sign-in, Google confirms your email to the site. Each runs under its own privacy terms and standard data-protection agreements, and Cloudflare and Stripe may process data in the United States.
Analytics, no ad tracking
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and visitors in aggregate, so we can see which pages are useful. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across other sites, and collects no personal data or device fingerprints. There are no ad trackers and no third-party advertising cookies on any page. Your reading habits here stay your own.
The site only emails you for things you asked for: confirming a new account, resetting a password, and the scorigami alerts you set up. There is no marketing list. Every alert email carries a one-click link that stops those alerts immediately.
Your rights
From the account page you can download everything the site holds about you, change your password, or delete the account outright; deletion removes the account and all of its alert subscriptions on the spot. If you would rather ask by email, or want something corrected, write to support@scorigamicenter.com and it will be handled within 30 days. Depending on where you live these rights carry names like access, portability, rectification, erasure, and objection; all of them are honored here without charge, and you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Age
Accounts are for people 13 and older. The site does not knowingly keep data about younger children; if that has happened, email and it will be deleted.
Changes
If this policy ever changes in a way that matters, the effective date above moves and the change is described here in plain language.
