The rules for using this site, in plain language. Creating an account or buying supporter access means you agree to them.
What this site is
Scorigami Center charts every final score in dozens of leagues and shows which ones have never happened before. Browsing is free. A one-time supporter purchase unlocks extra features on top.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Use a real email address you control, keep your password to yourself, and tell support right away if you think someone else got into your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. One account per person is plenty.
The supporter purchase
Supporter access is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing charges again. It buys a personal license to the supporter features on your own account for as long as the site runs. It is not transferable and not for resale. If it is not for you, the refund policy gives you 14 days, no questions asked.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break into the site, probe other people's accounts, get around the supporter paywall, hammer the servers with automated traffic, or resell access to any part of it. Reasonable personal use of the export features is what they are there for. Accounts used to abuse the site can be suspended or closed.
The data and the name
Final scores are historical facts and belong to no one. The grids, pages, design, and code of this site belong to Scorigami Center. Team and league names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners, shown only to identify who played; this site is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any league or team. The term "scorigami" was coined by Jon Bois.
No guarantees
The site is provided as-is. The historical record is assembled carefully from public sources, but scores can be wrong, feeds can lag, and probability figures are estimates for fun, not facts. Do not bet money on anything this site says. The site may change or gain and lose features over time, and while the intent is to keep supporter features running for the life of the site, no permanent availability can be promised.
The liability cap
To the fullest extent the law allows, Scorigami Center's total liability for anything arising from the site is capped at the amount you paid for it, or ten US dollars if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that the law says cannot be limited.
Ending things
You can delete your account whenever you like from the account page. The site can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, like the liability cap, do.
Changes and the law
If these terms change in a way that matters, the effective date above moves and the change is described in plain language; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
