Refund policy
Fourteen days, no questions asked. If supporter access is not for you, you get your money back.
How it works
Email support@scorigamicenter.com from the address you used at checkout within 14 days of your purchase and say you want a refund. That is the whole process. The refund goes back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank, and supporter access on the account ends when the refund is issued.
After 14 days
Ask anyway. There is no promise past the window, but a real person reads every message and edge cases get handled like edge cases.
Donations
One-off donations are gifts and are not normally refunded, but if one was a mistake, say so promptly and it will be reversed.
If you are in the EU or UK
This policy is deliberately at least as generous as the 14-day withdrawal right for digital purchases, and it applies to everyone everywhere; you do not need to cite any law to use it.
